Gather your items!
Gather up your items and use the Premium Book to determine which Divisions and Classes you want to enter. Print out or download the 2021 Salem Fair Entry Form by clicking on the button below. If you have more than ten items to enter, you can print two copies of the entry form and write your exhibitor number on both pages.

Register your items!
General Exhibit registration is on Monday, June 29, and Art Exhibit registration is on Thursday, July 2.
Bring your Entry Form and your items to the front lobby of the Salem Civic Center on June 29 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to enter your General Exhibits (NOT Art Exhibits). Art Exhibits should be brought to the front lobby of the Salem Civic Center, along with the Art Exhibits Entry Form, on Thursday, July 2 between the hours of 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Prepare your entry tags*
If you'd like to prepare your entry tags at home, prior to Registration Day, please fill out the following Entry Tag Request Form. You may also use the documents below to help you fill out your tags. They include guidelines and instructions that illustrate how to complete your entry tags and how to attach them correctly to your exhibits. Entry tags will be available for pick-up at the Salem Civic Center. Once you fill out the form, we will get back to you with a date and time for tag pick-up.
*This step is optional. You may prepare tags before Registration Day if you'd like, but it is not required.
