Gather your items!
Gather up your items and use the Premium Book to determine which Divisions and Classes you want to enter. Print out or download the 2017 Salem Fair Entry Form by clicking on the button below. If you have more than ten items to enter, you can print two copies of the entry form and write your exhibitor number on both pages.
Fill out your Entry Form
Fill out an Entry Form. Each Exhibitor needs to have ONE Entry Form that includes a list of the items they are entering. Click on the button below to view a sample Entry Form and the correct way to complete yours.
Register your general exhibit items on Monday, June 26,
and your art exhibits on Sunday,July 2.
Bring your Entry Form and your items to the Salem Civic Center on June 26 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to enter your General Exhibits (NOT ART EXHIBITS). Art Exhibits should be brought to the Salem Civic Center, along with your Entry Form, on July 2 between the hours of 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
