STEP ONE

Gather your items and pick up entry tags!

Gather up your items and use the Premium Book to determine which Divisions and Classes you want to enter.  

PICK UP your entry tags from the Salem Civic Center on June 11th or 12th between 3 - 6 pm.

Print out or download the 2021 Salem Fair Entry Form by clicking on the button below.  If you have more than ten items to enter, you can print two copies of the entry form and write your exhibitor number on both pages.

Make sure you pick the correct entry form and be aware of the different registration dates for each type of exhibit.

STEP TWO

Register for your exhibitor number and appointment times

Make sure you have your calendar handy when you sign up for your exhibitor number and appointment times.

STEP THREE

Fill out your Entry Forms

FEach Exhibitor needs to have ONE Entry Form that includes a list of the items they are entering.  Click on the button below to view a sample Entry Form and the correct way to complete yours.

 

STEP FOUR

Fill out your entry tags and attach to your items

Use your completed entry form to fill out your tags.  Click on the buttons below to see instructions on entry tag preparation and tag attachment.

 

The sample entry form and the sample tag prep have corresponding colors to help you with filling them out.

Entry forms and tags MUST be filled out completely BEFORE arrival at Registration. 

We no longer have the staff to help you complete these steps at Registration Day.

 

STEP FIVE

Prepare for Registration Day!

Make sure you come to Registration Day at the time of your appointment!
